Experienced Automotive Collision Estimator/Shop Supervisor

The Lead Body Shop Estimator/Shop Supervisor at C. Harper plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of our new body shop in New Alexandria, PA. This individual will lead the estimating process for vehicle repairs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while supervising the shop team to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership skills to coordinate workflow, manage customer communications, and support the overall success of the body shop.

Responsibilities:

• Write accurate and complete collision repair estimates.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.
• Order and track parts to ensure timely repairs.
• Manage daily shop workflow and production schedules.
• Assign work to technicians and direct the next repair priorities.
• Monitor repair progress, quality, and cycle times.
• Coordinate supplements and repair plan updates.
• Help maintain a productive, organized, and efficient shop environment.
• Update and track Production thru CCC Production Program

Qualifications:

• Previous collision estimating experience required using CCC ONE
• Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and parts sourcing.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage shop production.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and Estimating License in Pennsylvania

Pay: Pay from $75,000 per year (Salary plus Bonuses)
