Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations in our Food & Beverage Operations department. In this faith-based, mission-driven healthcare setting, you’ll plan and prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for patients, staff, and visitors, supporting whole-person wellbeing. Responsibilities include menu execution, safe food handling, special diet preparation, inventory and ordering, and leading a small team with compassion and professionalism. You’ll collaborate with clinical and wellness teams, uphold strict sanitation standards, and model our values of dignity, hospitality, and service to underserved neighbors.
