Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations in our faith-based, community-focused health center. The Lead Cook plans and prepares nutritious, culturally sensitive meals that support patient and community wellness, while ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and portion control. Responsibilities include supervising and training kitchen staff, coordinating production schedules, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards, and managing inventory and cost control. The role collaborates with clinical and wellness teams to meet dietary needs and support program events.
