Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to support our mission-driven, faith-based care for underserved neighbors. The Lead Cook oversees daily meal production for patients, staff, and community programs within our Food & Beverage Operations department. Responsibilities include preparing nutritious, great-tasting meals; following recipes and healthcare nutrition guidelines; and ensuring strict food safety and sanitation. The role leads kitchen staff on shift, manages inventory, supports special diets, and models compassionate, dignifying service in a collaborative, community-focused environment grounded in health equity and whole-person wellbeing.
