We are hiring a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive to support a fast-growing sales and marketing team working across the Hong Kong market.
This is a remote (WFH) role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation within a structured sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, databases, and social media
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and messaging
- Qualify leads based on set criteria before passing to sales teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach performance
- Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign results
Requirements:
- Fluent in Cantonese
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales development / lead generation / SaaS / tech sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools
- Comfortable with outbound sales activity (cold calling/emailing/messaging)
