• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to optimize seating capacity
• Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Lead and train host team members to maintain high service standards
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
• Collaborate with restaurant management to improve guest satisfaction
