Program Manager Technology

Role Program Manager Technology / Domain IT Infrastructure, Cloud, MS excel, MPP, Windows, Outlook, ITIL processes, IT lifecycle management, Project Management Standards Experience Level 8 to 10 years Location Oklahoma City, OK

Responsible for driving the large improvement plan coordinating with various stakeholders like Vendors, end users, internal IT (inhouse and external) and defining standards & executing tasks associated with managing projects. Below are the roles and responsibilities of the PMO:

• Program management of large improvement plan
• Developing, executing, and managing project plans
• Project Execution and Governance
• Project Documentation and Archives
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and application components
• Working experience with multiple partners, vendors, and end users
• Creating project plan using Microsoft MPP
• Budgeting, forecast and tracking all milestones
• Managing resource forecast or creating a resource capacity plan
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Data gathering, Project tracking and status reporting
• Process Improvement and Standards Development
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum and Six Sigma methodologies
• Budgeting and financial management
• Expertise in MPP, Excel, Windows, Outlook
• Escalation management
• Operational support with flexibility for 24x7 support
