Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will:

1. Lead a major construction project from preconstruction through completion
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
3. Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting
4. Oversee contracts, procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentation
5. Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff
6. Coordinate design and construction activities to ensure project success
7. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project controls
8. Monitor financial performance and maintain budget objectives
9. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
10. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership
11. Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts
12. Ensure successful project closeout and client satisfaction

The successful Senior Project Manager will have:

• 10+ years of General Contractor or Construction Management experience
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at $30M+
• Institutional, public sector, higher education, healthcare, laboratory, or similar project experience preferred
• Design-Build experience preferred
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
• Proven leadership, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to manage complex projects while maintaining strong client relationships
