KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle EBS RTR Lead to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with industry/business subject areaprofessionals, software engineers and technical leadership as part of adynamic, distributed, and fast paced managed services team to manage day-to-dayoperations of EBS R2R application
- Manage team that provides level 2/3 support includingbreak/fix, enhancements, reports and upgrades to KPMG clients and users ofcloud-based applications
- Oversee client delivery by providing timely and accuratereporting and creating and delivering insights to clients with Key PerformanceIndicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); deliver weekly andmonthly status reports and performance reports; develop and distributeoperational performance reports and analytics to applicable stakeholders;troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex Oracle and Client processes
- Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of EBS R2RApplication for client including process design, package implementationlifecycle support and project reviews; identify, document and manage clientbusiness /functional requirements
- Assess client requirements and build of product specificfunctional specifications; support the planning, preparation and execution offuture releases
- Provide specialized investigation and diagnosis of allincidents to identify problems and escalate unresolved incidents to externalsupport; Contribute to continuous service improvements by monitoringperformance, identifying recurring issues, and recommending enhancementsaligned with firm standards
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personalresponsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience supporting medium tolarge applications, working directly with internal/external clients
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityis required
- Experience with EBS R2R implementations, post-productionsupport, upgrades and functional testing with understanding of InformationTechnology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, Information TechnologyService Management (ITSM) and service desk management
- Strong configuration skills across EBS R2R Applications
- Module experience with EBS General Ledger Accounting Hub,Project Billing and Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable is required
- Capability to work independently and take ownership of andcomplete relatively complex tasks, effectively using available resources, asneeded, with minimal guidance; ability to work well as part of a mixed teamincluding, project managers and technical consultants, client personnel (bothon and offshore)
- Ability to travel as necessary depending on client andbusiness needs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need foremployment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
