Leasing Consultant Opportunity

This Broomfield Apartment Community is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant!

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm/Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm/Sunday, 12:00pm-5:00pm.

Pay: $18-$20 (depending on experience)

The leasing agent will be responsible for the leasing & marketing for multi-family residential apartments while maintaining positive resident relations.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
• Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
• Maintain current resident files.
• Assist management team with other various tasks as required.

Required:

• 1 year of apartment leasing experience
• Recent Fair Housing training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
