Hourly wage starts at $20.00 with the commission being $100 per lease signed, and resident moved in.

Hales Corners - Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm

Typical Day as a Leasing Consultant:
- Respond to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and in person, while maintaining consistent follow-up communication throughout the leasing process
- Conduct community and apartment tours, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to secure leases and meet occupancy goals
- Process rental applications, prepare lease documentation, and assist with lease renewals in accordance with company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns, coordinating service requests, and assisting with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones, filing, maintaining resident and prospect records, and entering work orders
- Support community marketing efforts through social media, outreach initiatives, resident events, and other promotional activities
- Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and competitor communities to effectively position the property.
- Maintain the overall appearance and readiness of model apartment(s), show units, and vacant apartments by conducting inspections, performing light touch-up tasks, and ensuring apartments are clean, presentable, and market-ready for tours and resident move-ins.
- Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
