Existing Client Relationships | Base Salary + Incentive Compensation | New Jersey Territory

Are you a licensed Life & Health insurance professional looking for a stable opportunity with existing client relationships, referral-based business, and the ability to focus on helping clients rather than building a book from scratch?

We are seeking a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Advisor to support an established client base throughout New Jersey, helping individuals and families evaluate and enroll in valuable protection solutions through existing partnerships and referral channels.

This role combines relationship management, benefits education, and consultative sales with the stability of a base salary and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients both virtually and in person to review insurance needs and coverage options
  • Educate clients on life, disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and other supplemental insurance products
  • Conduct enrollment meetings and annual benefit reviews
  • Manage and grow relationships within an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Coordinate recurring visits and meetings within your assigned territory
  • Deliver a high level of service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Required

  • Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conduct both virtual and in-person client meetings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously

Compensation
