Facility: Lebanon Ctr

Location: Lebanon, NH 03766

Shifts Available: 07:00am -07:30am

Week 1: Sun, Tue & Wed

Week 2: Sun, Mon & Tue

Duration: 15 weeks (possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support patient mobility, including repositioning and transferring
Accurately take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
Feed patients and monitor food and fluid intake
Observe and report changes in patients physical or emotional condition
Assist nursing staff with basic medical tasks and procedures
