Licensed Practical Nurse - Skilled Nursing & Rehab

Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab community. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in the medical record. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, physicians, and CNAs to support care plans, promote safety, and help residents reach their highest level of function.
