Licensed Practical Nurse

Standing Stone Care and Rehab Center in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on nursing care for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, document care, and support care plan development with the interdisciplinary team. This role includes collaborating with RNs, therapists, and CNAs to deliver resident-centered, compassionate care while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort. The LPN will educate residents and families, respond to changes in condition, and contribute to quality improvement in a supportive, team-focused environment.
