What You'll Do
* Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
* Conduct bedside swallow studies and monitor diet recommendations for inpatient clients
* Administer outpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions for adults
* Prepare detailed reports for physicians and document all patient interactions per standards
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing education initiatives
* Maintain proficiency with EMR system (McKesson) and adhere to dress code (business casual or matching scrubs)
* Support patient care activities including community education and in-service programs
What You Need
* Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
* Experience in inpatient and outpatient adult care preferred
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work within a collaborative healthcare team
