Quick Facts * Location: 13697 15 Mile Road, Marshall, MI 49068 * Start Date: 08/03/2026 * End Date: 11/02/2026 * Shift: Days, inpatient/outpatient services * Hours/Week: 40 hours/week * Employment Type: Temp (Travel / Contract) * License/Certs: Required License as a Speech-Language Pathologist * Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred Pay & Benefits * Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30 * Pay package discussed upon application * Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit * Medical benefits available (W-2) * Robust referral bonus program * Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable * Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You'll Do * Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders * Conduct bedside swallow studies and monitor diet recommendations for inpatient clients * Administer outpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions for adults * Prepare detailed reports for physicians and document all patient interactions per standards * Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing education initiatives * Maintain proficiency with EMR system (McKesson) and adhere to dress code (business casual or matching scrubs) * Support patient care activities including community education and in-service programs What You Need * Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist * Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently * Experience in inpatient and outpatient adult care preferred * Strong communication and documentation skills * Ability to work within a collaborative healthcare team About the AssignmentThis role involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services primarily for adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
