Licensed Vocational Nurse Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate LVN Charge Nurse for night shift in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications, and monitor residents while leading and supporting CNAs to deliver dignified, person-centered services. You’ll complete assessments, document in the EMR, and respond quickly to changes in condition.
