Lifestyle Coordinator: Enrich Residents' Lives & Community

Randstad Australia is assisting in the recruitment of a Lifestyle Coordinator for an aged care home in Gosford, NSW. This is a permanent full-time role (Mon-Fri) focused on delivering engaging lifestyle programs that enhance residents' wellbeing and sense of home.

You will develop social, emotional, and spiritual activities, coordinate group events on-site and in the local community, and work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans and goals for residents.
