Line Cook

Job Description:

hed 11 (Michelin Guide–recognized modern Thai restaurant inside Kimpton Hotel Enso, San Francisco) is hiring a Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and plate dishes to hed 11's standards during service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station (mise en place, sanitation, inventory rotation)
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams during service
• Follow recipes and techniques consistent with our modern Thai cuisine

Requirements:

• 3+ years of line cook experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine a plus, not required
• Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
