Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts Ensure baggage tags are correct Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations
