TransForce is seeking CDL A Flatbed Drivers for an immediate direct hire opportunity in St. Louis, MO.

CDL A Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM start (No Exceptions)
  
• Average: 60-65 hours per week
  
• Pay: $25-$30/hr DOE + OT after 40
  
• Route: Local, home daily (deliveries up to 250 miles out)
  
• Equipment: 2023-2024 International & Freightliner day cabs
  
• Freight: Steel coils, beams, and heavy steel products
  
• No tarping required
  

Job Duties

• Secure, strap, and unstrap loads
  
• Spot the forklift operator during loading as needed
  
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections and paperwork
  
• Work independently and safely
  
• Must be able to work in a very hot environment and handle 10-12+ hour days
  

Requirements

• Valid CDL A
  
• 1+ years of recent, verifiable CDL A experience
  
• Flatbed experience required
  
• Experience with strapping and spotting loads required
  
• 6-12 months heavy haul or oversized experience preferred
  
• Clean MVR with no major violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
