TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local routes in Lafayette, LA.
CDL A Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am start
Pay: $23 Per Hour
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Delivering Electrical Supplies to customers
Equipment: Day cab with flatbed 48'. Automatic Transmission
Handling: Driver loads their own trucks with sit-down forklifts but the customer unloads.
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
License: CDL A
Experience: 2+ Years of CDL A experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
Safely operate CDL A on local routes
Transport electrical supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks including, loading their own trucks with sit-down forklifts
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
