Local CDL A Yard Switcher - 2nd Shift - $27.50 Per Hour - FLEX
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Yard Switcher/Shuttle driver to support local operations based in Mount Juliet, TN. This is a flex/temp assignment.
CDL A Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4p-12am, 8 Hour shifts, 40-50 hours per week
Pay: $27.50 Per Hour + Benefits
Route Type: Local, yard switching and shuttle runs
Equipment: Automatic trucks
Handling: No touch
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
License: CDL A
Experience: 1+ years of RECENT YARD/SHUTTLE experience
Endorsements: None
Equipment Experience: Backing proficient
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
Safely operate CDL A equipment on local yard and shuttle routes
Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
