About the Position


We are seeking a CDL B Driver for a local, heavy-touch delivery position in Wilmington, Massachusetts. This temp-to-perm opportunity involves delivering HVAC equipment within a 100-mile radius using a straight truck.



Pay & Schedule



  • Pay rate: $29.35 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday

  • Start time: 5:30 a.m.

  • Hours per day: 910 hours

  • Hours per week: 40

  • Employment type: Temp-to-perm

  • Anticipated start date: May 12, 2026



Job Details



  • Route type: Local

  • Delivery area: Within a 100-mile radius

  • Freight: HVAC equipment

  • Equipment: Straight truck with automatic transmission

  • Handling: Heavy touch; use pallet jacks and dollies, with some liftgate usage

  • Trucks are preloaded



Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver HVAC equipment to designated locations safely and efficiently.

  • Operate a straight truck in accordance with all applicable safety standards.

  • Use pallet jacks, dollies, and liftgate equipment to assist with deliveries.

  • Complete loading and unloading tasks as required.

  • Follow all safety regulations and operating policies.



Minimum Requirements



  • Valid CDL B license.

  • 2 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
