About the Clinician's WorkdayThe CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia care during flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with no call coverage required at this Level 1 trauma center. Responsibilities include delivering anesthesia for general surgery, neurosurgical cases, and deep sedation/MAC procedures while managing adult patients and limited pediatric population. The clinician will conduct pre-operative assessments, administer anesthetics safely, monitor patients throughout procedures, manage ventilation, and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia. Additional duties include responding to patient emergencies, collaborating with anesthesiologists and perioperative staff, documenting care in Epic EMR, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
