This fast-paced community hospital operates under an autonomous anesthesia model designed to support comprehensive surgical services. The facility maintains established protocols for quality patient care delivery across multiple surgical specialties while emphasizing independent CRNA practice.

Near Salem, Oregon, offers a mix of scenic riverfront charm, historical exploration, and easy access to Willamette Valley wine country. Key activities include walking or biking the expansive trails connecting Riverfront Park to Minto-Brown Island Park, exploring local history at the Willamette Heritage Center, and riding the hand-carved carousel. For families, the nearby Enchanted Forest Theme Park provides a whimsical experience, while adults can enjoy the regions renowned Pinot Noir at local wineries.

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 7a-3p day shifts with 5x8 or 4x8 scheduling and potential 10-hour shifts in an autonomous practice model. The clinician will manage diverse surgical cases including general, orthopedic, urology, some OB/endocrine, plastics, gastrointestinal, and breast procedures while performing epidurals and regional blocks as required. The position includes 1 weekly pager call shift and excludes cardiac and neurological cases. Board certification is required for this role.
