This Level I trauma center provides comprehensive surgical services with established anesthesia protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. The facility maintains modern anesthesia capabilities for diverse surgical specialties while operating under a supervision model. The hospital excludes cardiac, obstetric, and complex vascular procedures from CRNA scope of practice.

Tucson serves as an excellent base for exploring national parks, and mountains. Key attractions include Saguaro National Park, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Sabino Canyon, and the Mt. Lemmon Scenic Byway, along with various specialty museums and nature tours. Visitors can enjoy outdoor activities such as hot air balloon rides and food tours, while nearby destinations include Old Tucson, Colossal Cave Mountain Park, and Tubac Presido State Park.

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during day shifts with 10 or 12 hour scheduling options and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. The clinician will manage general surgical cases excluding cardiac, obstetric, and complex vascular procedures. The position requires working 2 weekend dates during the assignment period and operates under supervision with no call requirements.
