Job Description
  • Specialty: CRNA
  • Dates/Schedule: ASAC
  • Length of Assignment: Ongoing
  • Shift Hours: 4-10's are preferred. Monday-Thursday or Tuesday- Friday is an option
  • Call Ratio: Optional
  • Case Mix: OB is a REQUIREMENT. Some peds, B&B , ortho, OB. No Cardiac. All cases except cardiac
  • Trauma Level: Level 3
  • Patient Demographic/ages: all ages
  • Supervision and Ratio: Medical Direction
  • Active License: Prefers Active TN license
  • Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
