Job Description
The Independence Difference:
- CRNA Needed
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday 13.5 hours, Sunday 10hr.5 hour shifts .5 hour unpaid lunch
- Must work the entire weekend schedule, will consider 11 out of the 12 weekends for each 12wk assignment. no exceptions
- Call: No Call
- Cases: 3-5/day
- Cases: General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: ENT, GYN, Urology, No Blocks, No OB, No hearts
- Practice Model: Medically Directed
- Credentialing: 60 days
- Staff: 11 CRNA on staff
- OR's: 9 rooms 1 vascular
- Ages: Mainly adults. Will see 14-15yrs for sports injury
