Job Description
The Independence Difference:
- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept
- Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC (30 days) for 3 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm
- Case Mix: General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Urology, and Ophthalmology
- # of OR's: 3
- Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA only model, provider will work independently
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30 day average
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA
- Active NV License: Must be licensed in NV preferably, or have a compact
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
