Job Description
The Independence Difference:
- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC, full-time for 6 months with the potential to extend. MUST be flexible on types of shifts - 13's, 12's, 11/9's hybrid, 10's for a minimum of 36 hours per week. No nights, no weekends, and no call needed for this position
- Case Mix: Ortho, General, Urology, Neuro/spine. No OB
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Active TN License: Required
