Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates/Schedule: 4-10's alternating schedule to ensure Monday, Fridays are covered. Need 4-10's in 5 days or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift work.
- Length of Assignment: potential ongoing or 3-6 months.
- Call Ratio: weekend call is an option
- Case Mix: No infants. Getting rest of cases.
- Trauma Level: Level 1.
- Supervision and Ratio: Medical Directive
- Active License: Prefers Active TN license
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 day
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
