Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP (target 8/25/25)
• Duration: Through 12/31/25 (~4 months)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm + every 3rd Saturday (8am–1pm)
  (Thursday off during Saturday weeks)
• Volume: Low—only 7–10 patients/day
• Rate: $130/hour
• On-Call: None
• Travel/Lodging: Not provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care and wellness services
• Perform well-woman exams (required)
• DOT certification is a plus (not required)
• Use of Athena EMR
• Comfortable treating patients ages 2+
