• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Clinic hours 7am - 6pm
• Primary care with emphasis on prevention and health promotion
• Community health center serving underserved populations
• Minor procedures and medical assessments required
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
