• 15 hr night shifts weekdays 5pm - 8am, 24hr weekend shifts
• 2 - 6 patients per day
• Level II NICU
• EMR: EPIC
• Intubation, umbilical lines, PICC lines, chest tubes required
• No ECMO, no surgical babies
