• One office day every 3 - 4 weeks on Wednesday or Thursday
• 15 - 20 patients per day
• First assist surgery and joint injections required
• PRP therapy and hormone replacement therapy
• Order and review MRI, CT, and Doppler ultrasound
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
