Requirements MercyOne Waterloo is looking to add 2 Full-time Locums Anesthesiologists to their team starting ASAP! Ideal candidate can cover full-time but client will accept 2 weeks per month availability!Schedule:Start: June 29-ongoingMonday to Friday 0630-1630 Weekend coverage is needed but it's not a set schedule. Weekends are call only 1st 2nd and 3rd call and 1st call gets called in 75 of the timeNo ClinicNight Call: 7 days per week every 3-4 days Weeks Needing Coverage Monday-FridayJune 29July 6July 13July 20August 17August 24August 31September 1October 1November 9November 23 - Required to be able to workDecember 14December 21 - Required to be able to workDecember 27Details:Job Responsibilities: Evaluate/monitor patient care before and during surgery. OB: YesPeds: Yes but mostly tonsils and adenoids Supervision: SomeGroup has 6 physicians and 2 CRNANumber of exam rooms per provider: 13 OR RoomsClinic Provider Daily Volume: 30-50 cases for whole department per dayEMR: EPIC May 2025Services/Procedures offered in the practice: General Anesthesia with OB includes TOLAC and healthy peds.No hearts or neurosurgery.Conscious Sedation is required. Bill Rates Needed for Submission:Malpractice must be included in the ratesOrientationHourly rate cap 557Holiday HourlyOvertime rate cap 695Holiday OvertimeNight Call rate cap 854Holiday Night Call24 Hour On Call rate cap 3800 to include 4 hours of gratisHoliday 24 Hour On CallCall BackHoliday Call BackConversion fee 25k rate capTravel Reimbursements:Flights - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees. No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and feesRental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weatherMileage - IRS Standard Rate*Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.*
