• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
• 18 - 22 patients per day
• Call: 1 week every 8 weeks, 5 - 8 phone calls
• All ages accepted
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
• Will accept IM or FM adult only providers
