• Mon-Fri guaranteed 40 hour work week
• Night call 1:2, weekend call 1:2
• 3-4 cases per week currently
• CV first assist with vein harvesting focus
• CABG and aortic valve procedures
• First assist and inpatient rounding
• 0-10% clinic work
• ACLS certification required
