This small community hospital operates without OB, trauma, cardiac, or thoracic cases while maintaining a supportive team environment with light beeper call responsibilities. The facility features a great group of CRNAs who have been working together for over a decade in an excellent workplace atmosphere. The hospital provides comprehensive anesthesia services across 4 anesthesia rooms designed to support quality patient care delivery.

Pennsylvania offers diverse attractions including Eastern State Penitentiary and Longwood Gardens, alongside parks and cultural tours that showcase the state's history and natural beauty. The area features entertainment venues such as Dutch Wonderland theme park near Lancaster with over 35 rides and attractions, plus major sports facilities like Lincoln Financial Field and Citizens Bank Park. The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during day shifts and 24-hour call coverage at clinic and OR facilities. The clinician will manage high volume orthopedic cases with proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks being important for optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks, and managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. The position requires monitoring patient physiological conditions and performing clinical interventions as needed under supervision model with board certification requirements.
