Requirements:
• Active VA License or IMLC
• BC
• ACLS
• DEA
• Clean Record
• NPDB Report
• Local candidate (highly preferred)
• AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience
• Must be Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) certified (for Advanced Heart Failure)​
