• Annual Volume: 14,500
• Patients Per Day: Approximately 40
• Admission Rate: 5.5%
• EMS Volume: 4%
• Case Mix: Freestanding Emergency Medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION
• ED Beds: 11
• EMR: Epic
• Trauma Designation: None
• Backup: Telepsychiatry, Telehospitalist, CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Longview

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Credentialing: 60–90 Days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Independent Emergency Department Coverage
• Emergency Stabilization
• Emergency Medicine Procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active Texas License
• ABEM, AOBEM, or ABFM (2+ years ED experience for ABFM)
• EM or FM Residency
• BLS Required
• ATLS/ACLS per Board Status

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate and treat emergency patients
• Document in Epic
• Coordinate transfers and consultations
• Work independently in a freestanding ED
