JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology (Required)
  • Licenses: Active OR license (Highly Preferred)
  • DEA: Active DEA certification (Required)
  • Other Qualifications: Clean background/no malpractice (Highly Preferred), Self-Query NPDB within the month (Required)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care, seeing 10-15 patients per day
  • Participate in 1:4 call rotation, covering 7 days of call including one weekend per month
  • Round on inpatients admitted for chemotherapy
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists and APPs
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation and order entry
