• Mon - Sat, 8 am - 5 pm; extended hours Tue & Thu until 8 pm
• Approx. 24 - 28 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• EMR: Epic
• Spanish/bilingual preferred but not required
• Underserved population -- all ages
• Hospital privileges required
