Position Overview $6K per day

One of our Partners in Pennsylvania is seeking an OB/GYN physician for ongoing in-house labor and delivery call coverage.

This opportunity offers a predictable call schedule, strong midwife support, Maternal-Fetal Medicine backup, and the ability to work within an established hospital-based women's health program. Providers will serve as the primary OB physician while on site and manage both routine and high-risk obstetrical cases.

The assignment is ideal for physicians who enjoy labor and delivery coverage, operative obstetrics, and a hospital-based practice environment.

Assignment Highlights

• Top 5% provider compensation compared to similar OB/GYN opportunities (2026 market data)
• $250/hour provider compensation
• $6,000 per 24-hour in-house call shift
• Approximately 10 call days per month available
• Ongoing assignment
• 24-hour in-house call model
• Sleeping room available
• Approximately 700 deliveries annually
• Midwife support on site
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine consultation available
• High-risk deliveries supported
• VBACs required
• C-sections required
• Epic EMR
• Temporary privileges available for clean files
• Orientation paid at provider's regular hourly rate
• Providers may test out of Epic training

• Collaboration with CNMs and MFM specialists
• Epic documentation
