ASAP – Ongoing • Full-Time Call + Clinic • Flexible Block Scheduling

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physicians for a high-need, full-time locum tenens opportunity in Manning, South Carolina. This is an ongoing assignment offering a flexible block schedule, a balanced mix of clinic and call, and the ability to work independently in a well-supported rural hospital setting.

Opportunity Snapshot

Contract Type: Locum Tenens
Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule Model: Combination of Clinic + 24-hour Call

Coverage Structure:

• 24-hour call (7a–7a)
• Midwives take first call; physician covers second call
• Clinic coverage 2–3 days per week

Clinic Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Flexible Scheduling Options:

• Monday–Monday block scheduling (7a–7a)
• Split coverage options (weekday-only or weekend-only)
• Multiple providers will be utilized to support full coverage

Current Priority Coverage Dates

• May 11 – May 15
• May 25 – May 29
• June 29 – July 2

(Ongoing coverage needs beyond these dates)

Practice Environment

• Community hospital serving a rural population
• Independent practice model with strong nursing and midwife support
• Balanced clinic and delivery responsibilities
• EPIC EMR

This is a low-volume, highly manageable OB program with strong support and predictable workflow.

Clinical Scope

• Vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• No circumcisions required
• Average ~1 delivery per day
• Clinic volume: 20–25 patients per day

Providers must be comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting.

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Active South Carolina medical license
• CSR and DEA (must remain registered in South Carolina)

Experience:

• 3+ years preferred
• Clean malpractice and professional history required
