Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced and Board Certified OB Hospitalist Physicians for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Tampa, Florida. This leading regional women’s health program offers 24-hour shifts, a steady delivery volume, full anesthesia and NICU support, and a well-established hospitalist care model.

    This is a well-organized program where OB Hospitalists manage all unassigned patients, OB ED visits, emergent deliveries, and inpatient L&D safety.

    Clinical Expectations
    The OB Hospitalist will provide:
    • 24-hour in-house coverage
    • Management of OB ED and obstetric triage
    • Labor & delivery management for unassigned patients
    • C-section assists, operative deliveries as needed
    • Emergency response for obstetric complications
    • Support for high-risk patients (with Level III NICU availability)
    • Direct collaboration with community OBs, anesthesia, and perinatal services
    Candidate Requirements
    • Board Certified OB/GYN (required)
    • Minimum 1 year of OB Hospitalist or full-scope OB experience
    • Active & unrestricted Florida medical license
    • Ability to enroll in NICA
    • Comfortable with 24-hour shifts and high-acuity obstetric care
    • Clean file strongly preferred for temp privileges
