• Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-12pm rotating
• Two locations 9 miles apart
• EMR: Nextgen
• Medical glaucoma procedures, possible laser SLT and PI
• Fellowship trained glaucoma ophthalmologist required
