This acute care hospital operates as a Level II Trauma Center providing neurological surgery services across clinic and operating room settings. The facility maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site neurosurgical coverage across inpatient and emergency department settings. The institution supports multidisciplinary collaboration among trauma, emergency medicine, anesthesia, radiology, orthopedic, hospitalist, and critical care teams.

Ohio offers a range of notable attractions suited to a variety of interests. Visitors may explore destinations such as the National Museum of the US Air Force, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park, alongside the American Sign Museum and the Armstrong Air and Space Museum. The state also features historic sites and state parks that provide opportunities for outdoor recreation and cultural exploration throughout the year.

The neurosurgeon will provide 24-hour call coverage for neurological surgery services at this on-site clinic and operating room facility, operating on a 1:1 call ratio beginning mid-July on an ongoing basis. Primary responsibilities include managing inpatient consults, ED/trauma consults, rounding, and surgical cases as needed. The clinician will support both spine and cranial neurosurgical patients across all age groups. Coordination with the facility's trauma, emergency medicine, anesthesia, radiology, orthopedic, hospitalist, and critical care teams is required throughout all assigned coverage periods.
