The clinician must maintain board certification in neurological surgery and demonstrate expertise in stroke management while coordinating care with facility staff. Essential duties include evaluating emergency stroke cases, performing complex interventional procedures, and ensuring continuous availability for stroke activations and emergency surgical interventions.
